The Cleveland Browns introduced Pat Shurmur as the new head coach 1/14/2011 during a press conference. He is an offensive-minded coach, so a reporter asked him about the future defense.
Reporter:
All of the focus so far has been on offense, but have you given any thought to the other side of the football, in defense, and what you might do; will you stick to the 3-4 or go to a 4-3; what are your thoughts there?
Coach Shurmur looked dumbfounded in his response (at the 9:30 mark) ...

Seriously, the defensive players' backs were to the offense; in other words, the players were looking to the opposite direction of the opposing team.
